Refund policy

1. Returns & Exchanges:

  • Due to the custom nature of POD items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if you ordered the wrong size, color, design, or simply changed your mind. Please carefully check size charts and product details before ordering.

  • Our Commitment: We handle issues related to misprinted, damaged, defective, or incorrect items sent by us, as detailed below.

  • As stated, due to the POD model, we do not offer exchanges for different sizes, colors, or designs chosen incorrectly by the customer. Issues are resolved via replacement or refund only.

2. Order Cancellation

  • You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Please contact us immediately at contact@goomesh.com with your order number.

  • Note: We process orders quickly. If your order has already entered production (even within 24 hours), cancellation may not be possible.

3. Issues with Your Order (Defects, Damage, Errors)

  • Reporting Window: You have 30 days after receiving your item to report any issues (misprint, damage, defect, wrong item sent).

  • How to Report:

    1. Email contact@goomesh.com within the 30-day window.

    2. Include your Order Number.

    3. Provide a clear description of the issue.

    4. Attach clear photos or video showing the problem. This is required for verification.

  • Resolution: Upon verification of the issue, we will offer either:

    • A free replacement of the correct item.

    • full refund for the item (including original shipping costs for that item).

  • Physical Returns :

    • Usually Not Needed: Photo/video proof is typically sufficient.

    •  In rare cases, we may need the item back for inspection. Do NOT return items without our prior authorization and instructions.

    • If a return is authorized, please return the item unworn/unwashed (unless the defect is damage). Items showing signs of use beyond trying on may not be fully refunded.

    •  If we authorize a return, items should be sent to our business address (see Section 6). We will provide a pre-paid label or reimburse reasonable shipping costs for authorized returns only.

4. Refunds

  • Eligibility: Refunds are issued for approved cancellations, verified defective/incorrect items (if replacement isn't chosen/possible), or authorized returns.

  • Method: Refunds are processed back to your original payment method.

  • Timing: Allow 2-5 business days for us to initiate the refund after approval. Your bank may take additional time to post it. Contact us if an approved refund hasn't appeared after ~14 business days (after contacting your bank first).
