These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website goomesh.com (the "Site") and the purchase of products from me, Elam Kyle Evan, operating under the store name Goomesh ("I," "me," "my"). My physical address is 9823 Estate Ln, Dallas, TX 75238. By accessing my Site and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. OVERVIEW

I operate the online store goomesh.com offering Print-on-Demand (POD) products to customers primarily within the United States. This means each item is custom-made specifically for you after an order is placed. As a result, certain policies, particularly regarding returns and cancellations, differ from traditional eCommerce stores selling pre-stocked inventory. By using my Site, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use my Site.

2. ORDER PROCESSING & FULFILLMENT

  • Made-to-Order: All products available on my Site are produced on demand once an order is successfully placed and payment is confirmed. I do not hold pre-printed inventory.

  • Payment: Full payment is required before production begins. I accept various payment methods, including major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and potentially others as indicated at checkout. Please ensure you provide accurate billing and shipping information to avoid delays.

  • Production Time: Production typically takes 5-8 business days before the order is ready for shipping. This timeframe is an estimate and may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • Order Changes & Cancellations:
    📌 Important Note: Due to the automated and custom nature of POD fulfillment, orders are sent to production shortly after being placed. You may request changes or cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order by contacting me immediately at contact@goomesh.com I cannot guarantee any changes or cancellations after this 24-hour window, as the production process may have already started. Please double-check your order details (size, color, design, shipping address) carefully before completing your purchase.

3. SHIPPING & DELIVERY (United States Focus)

    • Orders ship after the production within 5-8 business days. I primarily ship within the United States.

    • Tracking: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

    • Delivery Estimates: Shipping times vary by carrier and location. Estimates may be provided at checkout.

    • Delays: I am not responsible for shipping delays caused by factors beyond my reasonable control (e.g., carrier issues, weather, incorrect address provided).

    • Incorrect Shipping Address: You are responsible for providing a correct address. Contact contact@goomesh.com within 24 hours if you notice an error. While I'll try to update it, changes aren't guaranteed after this timeframe. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address you provided, you are responsible for reshipment costs.

  • Incorrect Shipping Address: It is your responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address. If you realize you have entered an incorrect address, please contact me at contact@goomesh.com within 24 hours of placing your order. While I will attempt to update the address, I cannot guarantee changes can be made after this timeframe. If an order is returned to me due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for the costs associated with reshipment.

4. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

  • Print-on-Demand Policy: Because each product is custom-made for you, I generally do not accept returns or exchanges for issues such as ordering the wrong size, color, or simply changing your mind.

  • Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: I stand by the quality of the products offered. If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact me at contact@goomesh.com within 30 days of receiving your order. To help me resolve the issue quickly, please include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photos showing the issue. I will review your claim and, if approved, arrange for a replacement or refund.

  • Sales Tax (United States): Prices displayed on the Site do not include applicable sales tax. Sales tax will be calculated and added to your order total during the checkout process based on the shipping address provided for deliveries within the United States. The final amount including taxes will be shown before you confirm your payment.

I take reasonable care in managing the process of providing these products. However, I shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from the improper use, handling, or modification of the products sourced through my store. Please follow any care instructions provided. My liability for any issues related to products purchased shall be limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
