Shipping policy

1. Order Processing & Production Time

  • Print-on-Demand (POD): Items are custom-made after you order.

  •  Allow approximately 5-8 business days for production before shipping. This is an estimate and may vary.

  • Notifications: You'll receive an order confirmation email and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

2. Shipping Rates & Times (United States)

  • Shipping Costs:

    • Orders with a subtotal under $200 quality for $5.95 standard shipping fee within the contiguous United States.

    • Orders with a subtotal of $200 or more (before tax, after discounts) qualify for FREE standard shipping within the contiguous United States.

    • Final shipping costs are calculated and confirmed at checkout based on your address.

  • Shipping Time: Delivery estimates are provided at checkout and begin after the production period. These are estimates and depend on the carrier and destination. Carrier delays (due to weather, high volume, etc.) are outside our control.

3. Tracking Your Order

  • Tracking Number: Emailed upon shipment.

  •  Allow 24 hours for tracking to become active after receiving the email.

  •  If tracking doesn't update after 5 business days from shipment notification, contact contact@goomesh.com

4. Shipping Issues (Lost, Stolen, Damaged)

  •  While carrier handling is outside our control post-shipment, we will assist.

  • Lost/Stolen: Check property/neighbors, then contact the carrier directly. If confirmed lost or significantly delayed, contact us at contact@goomesh.com within 10 days of the expected delivery date for assistance with carrier claims.

  • Damaged: Contact us at contact@goomesh.com within 7 days of delivery. Include order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. Approved damage claims are resolved per our Return & Refund Policy (usually via replacement).

5. Incorrect Shipping Address

  • Your Responsibility: Ensure the address is complete and correct at checkout.

  • Corrections: Contact us immediately atcontact@goomesh.com for errors. We'll try to fix it before shipment but cannot guarantee changes.

  • After Shipment: We cannot redirect packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by you. If returned to us, you are responsible for reshipment costs. No refunds for deliveries to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

6. Shipping Restrictions (United States)

  • Primary shipping is within the US. P.O. Box delivery may be limited; a physical address is preferred. Contact us before ordering for APO/FPO addresses.

7. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Please refer to our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy for details on order changes and cancellations (generally within 24 hours, subject to production status).
